Your gardens and farms attract a great deal of attention in the season. Some might even ask for a plot, to volunteer or join your group. But as soon as the weather turns, you notice membership numbers dwindle as the season winds down. Come to this workshop and discuss effective strategies to recruit and retain new members while honoring the legacy of founders and existing members. We will talk about what you can do to get your community involved and keep them engaged throughout the year.
